Searching for customer accounts
Arc XP Identity allows Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to manage end-user data efficiently.

Procedure
Searching for customer accounts
Use the Search Arc Subscription page to search and retrieve customer account information. CSRs can search for customer accounts using some parameters. The system returns a list with one or more results, depending on your search parameters. To search for a customer account, complete the following:
Navigate to Subscriptions. The Search Arc Subscription page opens with the Search customers tab selected by default.
You can click the Search orders tab to search users by their Order information parameters.
In the Customer information section, fill in one or more of the following parameters for the search:
First name - enter a name. The system returns all prefix matches. For example, if you enter
Jess
, the system returns all customer accounts whose name matchesJess
, includingJess
,Jessi
, andJessica
.Last name - enter a last name. The system returns all prefix matches. For example, if you enter
Smith
, the system returns all the customer accounts whose last name matchesSmith
, includingSmith, Smithson
, andSmitherman
.Email - select between the following options:
Enter the full email - enter the full email, and the system performs a
fuzzy
search, returning the exact match and similar results, which is helpful as typos are common when typing emails.Enter a substring with the * symbol - use a substring with a
*
symbol to trigger a wildcard search. The system returns all items matching the substring, ignoring the characters replaced by the wildcard.

More search options to display the following fields.
Phone number - enter a phone number. The system searches based on the prefix. For example, if you enter
1234
, the system returns all customer accounts whose phone number is1234
or starts with1234
.Login ID- enter a customer account's unique user identifier (
uuid
). The system searches for the exact match.
Click Search. The system returns a list with one or more results, depending on your search parameters.
Click the name on any row to open that user's Identity and Requests pages.
