Associated info is missing from featured images in Composer 2
Symptom
In Composer 2.0 the fields Credit and Photographer are displayed but with the request to add values. However, the fields are grayed out and this is not possible.
Cause
This is a settings issue. Overrides for photographer and credit are disabled; they need to be enabled, as shown in the image below.

In settings enable overrides for photographer and credit fields.
