How to secure RSS feeds using a key
Summary
Secure an RSS feed in Arc XP by using a key parameter configured within a resolver. This results in a resolver matching only when the specified parameter is included in the URL.
Procedure
- Create or edit a resolver for the RSS feed in Arc XP.
- Add a URL parameter, for example,
key, with a value of the desired key. - Select the Required option for the configured parameter.
- Click Update to save the resolver.
- Include the new parameter in the URL to access the RSS feed using the newly configured resolver.
