How do I Restrict Certain Images in Photo Center and Composer?
By using the "Restricted" flag in Photo Center, you can prevent certain images from being seen and/or used by those who do not have that permission. In the image detail page in Photo Center, you will see an option for Restricted just below the image preview.

Access to this feature is a permission coming from Photo Center. Within Arc Permissions, you can provide app-level permissions at the Role level. Select a role to edit, and under “Photo Center” you will see the following permissions: “Set Image Restricted” and “Use Restricted Images.”

If there are users who DO want to see restricted photos inside the Composer image selector, they must be assigned the “Use Restricted Images” privilege in Arc Permissions.
