Unable to Edit a Page in PageBuilder Editor: "Unable to create a new Draft."

Symptoms

• Opening a page in PageBuilder Editor results in an error: “Unable to create a new Draft. Please try reloading the page”
• Reloading the page does not resolve the issue.
• The issue is present for multiple users.

Cause

This occurs when the shared version of the page is deleted or otherwise inaccessible.

Solution

Submit a ticket to Arc XP Customer Support to request the restoration of the page.
