Configuring group notifications
Use the group notifications page in WebSked to set the alerts your team receives through Slack, Microsoft Teams, or email when specific actions happen within your Arc XP tools.
Group notifications keep your teams informed about workflow changes and task updates.
You can set notifications at the individual or group levels. For more details, see Setting your notifications section in ???.
As an operations editor of a news organization, you must set up group notifications for breaking news during election day.
Using WebSked's group notifications feature, you create targeted alerts for your politics team that triggers whenever a verification task is created.
You also create a story publish notification that alerts your social media distribution team whenever a new story is available for promotion.
