What is the update speed for articles after Composer republishing?

Question

What is the update speed for article updates upon Composer updates/republishing in production and non-production environments?

Answer

In production environments with live states, article updates upon Composer updates or republishing typically reflect for the end user within an average of 30 to 45 seconds. This quick update speed is due to the automatic clearing of global content for published story URLs (excluding header, footer, and sidebar content) and the clearing of PageBuilder page layout changes (excluding content within blocks driven by a content source).

In non-production environments, however, since they are not set to live, there is no automatic cache clearing. As a result, updates will only reflect after the configured Time to Live (TTL) duration has elapsed.
