Check traffic from local ISP

Summary

If your site is down or has reports from a specific area that the website is inaccessible.

Procedure

  1. Check your CDN logs (request log forwarding if you don’t have it).
  2. Identify the ASN for the ISP provider
  3. Check the logs for unusual drop in traffic for this ASN, example of what to look for:
"CUSTOM_DATA.arc_org"={org} "CUSTOM_DATA.arc_env"={env} geo.country={countryCode} netPerf.asnum={asn}
