No, Arc XP does not support proxying of Arc XP URLs, including CDN stacking.
Examples of this include:
Routing internet traffic through another CDN before it reaches Arc XP
Using third-party bot protection services to intercept and reroute traffic to Arc XP
Introducing any non-Arc XP intermediary between end users and Arc XP CDN edge servers
