How do I copy PageBuilder configuration from Production to Sandbox?

How do I copy PageBuilder configuration data in bulk, as well as other data such as Site Service, and Authors, from Production into Sandbox or other environments?

You can copy PageBuilder data using Data Sync API any time you want, from production environment to lower environments. See Data Sync API for instructions and a feature demo video to learn more about this.

You may request a copy, Site Service and Authors database, from production to other environments, by submitting a ticket to Arc XP Customer Support. Each copy must be specifically requested, and this process cannot be automated.

We are unable to copy other configurations such as Composer templates and settings. We are also unable to copy content such as images, videos, and stories from Production to other environments.
