Which takes precedence for redirects: Redirect UI Rules or Draft API?

Is there a precedence in terms of Redirect UI rules or Draft API for redirects, and what happens if the same article redirect is added through both?

Redirect UI rules are at the CDN level, so they take precedence. If the same redirect is added through both Redirect UI rules and Draft API for a story, the Redirect UI rules will override the Draft API one.
