Themes 3 deprecation notice

Deprecation date: June 1, 2026

Why this is happening?

Arc XP is deprecating Themes 3 on June 1, 2026, ahead of the AWS Lambda Node.js 20 runtime end-of-life. Because Themes 3 runs on PageBuilder Engine 6, which depends on Node.js 20, it will no longer receive security or maintenance updates after that date.

What you need to do

To remain on a supported and secure platform, customers need to migrate to PageBuilder Engine 7 and Themes 4, which use the modern Node.js 22 and React 19 runtimes. This change ensures Arc XP continues to provide a stable, fast, and secure environment.
