Subscriptions Database Upgrade

Each region has two brief maintenance windows — a short preparatory step, then the upgrade. During each window, Subscriptions (purchases and retail transactions, sign-ups, logins) and the Subscriptions Admin UI are briefly unavailable, then resume automatically. No customer action is required.

All times are shown in each region's local timezone.

Preparation windows — a quick preparatory step, typically under a minute.

  • ap-southeast-2 (Sydney) — Thu, August 20, 2026, 23:30–01:30 AEST

  • ap-northeast-1 (Tokyo) — Sat, August 22, 2026, 01:00–03:00 JST

  • eu-central-1 (Frankfurt) — Mon, August 24, 2026, 03:00–05:30 CEST

  • us-east-1 (Virginia) — Tue, August 25, 2026, 01:00–03:00 EDT

Upgrade windows — the upgrade itself, typically ~10 seconds, up to 5 minutes.
