Homepage Headline delay in pagebuilder

We have many variations of headlines components in our site, they all work fina except in our homepage in page builder, our journalists are reporting delay some kind of cache when updating these components on the homepage, in our subhomes, there seems to be no trace of this bahavior. And it seems to be an intermitent behavior, our journalists says, there in between weeks, it works fine, in staging, also seems to work as expected.

You are using field overrides instead of content overrides. The custom field headline value in your block will take precedence over the content value coming from your URL. Our recommendation is to use content editables instead of field editables in this use case. This would allow you to use custom headlines for your content. If you change the URL those values would not persist.
