Can Resizer V2 Upscale Images?

Does Resizer V2 support upscaling of images such as .gif’s .jpg’s or .png’s to sizes larger than the original?
Answer
No. Resizer V2 only supports scaling of images to dimensions smaller than the original image. Attempting to upscale images to sizes larger than the original may result in poor performance or may not render at all.
