User unable to upload images

Question

We have an employee who hasn’t been able to upload images successfully in Photo Center since we launched. Others are not having this issue. He has tried this in other browsers and experienced the same issues. 

Answer

The problem is the ad blocker. In some cases, ad blockers might mistakenly block scripts that are essential for certain website features, causing elements like photos, videos, and interactive elements to not function properly.

Make sure you disable your ad blocker while logged into the Arc GUI and that will resolve the problem.
