PageBuilder Debugger will not run and is missing site selection
Symptoms
PageBuilder Debugger produces no results in both resolver and content debugger
The site selection dropdown is unavailable
404 errors appear in the browser console

Cause
This may occur when attempting to run Content or Resolver Debugger from an environment in which no sites have been configured. Existing sites are a pre-requisite to use the debugger tool.
Solution
Run from an environment with sites configured or contact ACS to configure Sites in the environment.
