Configuring WebSked notification integrations

Use the Integrations page in WebSked settings to connect with third-party messaging applications and receive automated notifications about your content workflow progress.

WebSked supports the following messaging platforms:

  • Microsoft Teams
  • Slack

Prerequisites

Ensure you have the following permissions to complete the integration process:

  • WebSked administrator permissions

  • For Microsoft Teams:

    • Developer setup policy in Microsoft Teams
    • Azure Application Developer role

  • For Slack:

    • Slack workspace administrator permissions
