Using Sophi with Arc XP
Sophi is a SaaS product developed by The Globe and Mail that offers AI-powered optimization, prediction, and automation solutions. Sophi is not sold by or included with Arc XP, but some Arc XP customers choose to purchase Sophi. This document is a high-level guide for implementing Sophi products on Arc XP.
Implement Sophi tags on your PageBuilder website
Sophi requires that you include JavaScript tags on your website to capture analytics data. Adding these JavaScript tags is similar to other common JavaScript tag implementations (for example, Google Analytics, Chartbeat, or Comscore).
Arc XP customers have control over their front-end code in PageBuilder, so implementing these tags requires that your development team makes this update. Arc XP cannot implement the tags for you.

Grant Sophi access to your Arc XP Kinesis content stream
Sophi requires access to your Arc XP Kinesis stream. To enable this access, open an Arc Customer Support ticket requesting that Sophi be granted access as a consumer of the Arc XP Kinesis stream.
Arc XP Customer Support requires the following information from you:
AWS Account Canonical ID: This is a long string, such as 79a3434ks9fdjf900b949e55d9638347Dcedfd6e09d98eacf8f8d5218e7cd47ef2be. You must provide the exact ID from your Sophi contact.
Which streams are required: Typically, Sophi requires access to the Content stream for Production only. Confirm these details with your Sophi contact.
