Various personas can use Arc XP Identity. Understanding these personas is essential to effectively using and managing the system. The following are the descriptions of each persona:
Customer Service Representative (CSR) - responsible for interacting with the Admin tool. This tool allows CSRs to configure various tenant settings essential for system operation. The functionalities available to each CSR depend on the permissions defined for their role, which you can configure through the Permissions application.
Developer - manages everyday activities for the automation of users that clients or connected systems require.
Reader (or end user) - interacts with the site to perform various activities such as signing up, logging in, reading articles, etc. Users represent the primary audience engaging with the platform.
