Audience Insights

Audience Insights gives you tools to collect, organize, and activate the user data that matters most to your business. With flexible storage options, you can capture bookmarks, preferences, and other key data points to better understand and engage your audience.

The first phase of Audience Insights focuses on enabling data-driven workflows through features like content bookmarking, activity history, custom data storage and IFX integration. Together, these capabilities provide the foundation for delivering personalized experiences and deeper audience insights.

Availability

Saved data can be accessed through user-specific APIs, which allow for dynamic integration across multiple touch points such as welcome pages, newsletters, and engagement flows. These flexible options enables customers to build workflows for tailored content and create highly personalized user experiences. Details on using the Admin screen to enable and manage custom data is available in Managing Audience Insights.

Feature description

Bookmarks

Enable users to easily bookmark and save content. Bookmarks are directly tied to content via the ANS ID, ensuring precise tracking and retrieval.

Custom data - Key-value pairs

Store and organize customer data with flexible Custom Data with Key-Value Pairs. Configure validation checks ensures data consistency, simplifying reporting and analysis.

Manage data efficiently with customizable TTL (time-to-live) settings and multiple storage templates.

Custom data – IFX connection

Simplify external integrations with a direct connection to IFX. This option allows for data exchange and external connectivity.

Custom data - IAB audience taxonomy

Data collection with IAB-aligned templates helps clients build consistent and comparable demographic and interest datasets. By using a standard IAB taxonomy, Audience Insights turns data into action, empowering Arc XP clients to deliver personalized recommendations, cross-Arc XP insights, and targeted experiences.

  • Provides the flexibility of custom data options while maintaining standardization and comparability across datasets.

  • Simplifies the ability to collect and classify audience data efficiently and map demographic and interest-based information to industry-recognized standards.
