Setting preview and live URLs

Use the Preview URLs and live URLs page in Subscription Settings to define the links to test and manage your subscription experience.

Preview URLs let you test your subscription setup before pushing live traffic, allowing you to verify your pages, templates, and resolvers are working correctly. Live URLs, on the other hand, provide the final reader-facing experience without any preview parameters or test configurations.

Procedure

Setting preview and live URLs

To set those URLs, complete the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Subscriptions > Settings > Offers > Preview and live URLs.

  2. Enter a Base preview URL.

    You access the Preview URLs through the non-CDN site under myorg.arcpublishing.com with /pf/ prefix.

    Your preview URL might look like: https://myorg.arcpublishing.com/pf/sports/?_website=the-gazette1.

  3. Enter a Base live URL.

    You access Live URLs using your CDN-ready domain, which can be a custom domain like https://dev.mysite.com.

  4. Click Save.

These URLs become available to your Marketing team so they can test their Offer pages.
