Audience Insights gives you tools to collect, organize, and activate the user data that matters most to your business. With flexible storage options, you can capture bookmarks, preferences, and other key data points to better understand and engage your audience.

The first phase of Audience Insights focuses on enabling data-driven workflows through features like content bookmarking, activity history, custom data storage and IFX integration. Together, these capabilities provide the foundation for delivering personalized experiences and deeper audience insights.

Availability

Saved data can be accessed through user-specific APIs, which allow for dynamic integration across multiple touchpoints such as welcome pages, newsletters, and engagement flows. These flexible options give clients the ability to build workflows for tailored content and create highly personalized user experiences.

Bookmarks

Enable users to easily bookmark and save content. Bookmarks are directly tied to content via the ANS ID, ensuring precise tracking and retrieval.

Store and organize customer data with flexible key-value Pairs. Configure validation rules to maintain data consistency, and use built-in templates aligned with IAB standards for consistent, comparable taxonomies.

Manage data efficiently with customizable TTL (time-to-live) settings and multiple storage templates.

Simplify external integrations with a direct connection to IFX. This option allows for data exchange and external connectivity.
