WebSked: How to Plan and Curate Your Content for Distribution
WebSked is Arc XP's application for planning and distributing large amounts of content from one place. WebSked allows you to manage all of the processes for developing your content at scale.
Organize Your Content in One Place
The main Planning pages in WebSked enable you to see all of your content in a "List" view or in a "Calendar" view. Each view provides holistic oversight into all the content your teams are developing right now so you can plan how to get it ready for distribution.
WebSked's filters give you extensive tools for zeroing in on the content that needs your attention, so you can spend less time sifting through your content and more time getting it delivered to the correct distribution channels.
Make Plans for All of Your Content from WebSked
The List and Calendar views show all of the content you have, whether they're stories, galleries, or videos. The content may have been created in one of Arc XP's content tools, such as Composer or Video Center. Or the content may have been imported into Arc XP through external wires.
With all of the right content in front of you, WebSked enables you to quickly plan which content is delivered to what channel by when.

Use WebSked Tasks to Refine and Finalize Your Content
Some content needs refinement from additional contributors before it's ready to be distributed. Use the WebSked Tasks to bolster your content-development process. Breakdown your workflows into repeatable tasks so it's easy to track what work needs to be done.
When your teams use tasks to track your work, you have clear insight into how well they're working. Use tasks to see where roadblocks are or to identify where you may be able to streamline your processes.

WebSked is the Content "Airport"
Like planes landing at an airport, content continually comes into WebSked.
Content managers are the air traffic controllers that see all of the content in-flight and direct which content is to be further developed and by whom.
“Ground crews” quickly do the many small tasks required to get the content ready for public view.
Air traffic controllers schedule the content's take-off.
WebSked’s analytics dashboard is the Arrivals and Departures board showing how well teams get content out on time.
